Public Offer

This document is a public offer (Art. 435, 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Full acceptance of its terms (acceptance) is the purchase of a subscription and payment for it.

1. General provisions

The offer is made by the Contractor — a self-employed citizen of the Russian Federation (details are given in Section 8). The Service is access to the paid functionality of the website https://friggirise.ru (an interactive commander skill picker, hereinafter — the Service).

2. Subject matter

The Contractor provides the User with access to the Service on subscription terms for the selected period. The Service is informational and reference in nature; the Contractor does not guarantee the achievement of any in-game results. After registration, a limited free demo version is available (the scope is determined by the Contractor).

Procedure for obtaining access. The service is provided in electronic form. The User places a personal code (issued on the Website) into the payment message; after the payment is received, access is activated automatically on the User's account on the Website — instantly, without physical delivery and without any code, link or email being sent to the User. Access is valid for the paid period.

3. Price and payment

• The price depends on the period: for international payments — from $12 / 1 month, with discounts for longer periods ($32 / 3 months, $58 / 6 months, $100 / 12 months); within the Russian Federation — from 999 ₽ / 1 month. The current prices are shown on the checkout page.
• Payment is made through independent payment services: DonationAlerts (international) or YooKassa (within the Russian Federation). Bank card details are not transferred to the Contractor.
• The Contractor (self-employed) generates and sends a receipt in accordance with Federal Law No. 422-FZ.

4. Auto-renewal and cancellation

For payments via DonationAlerts, access is provided for the paid period as a one-time purchase — there is no automatic charge; to extend access, the User makes a new payment.

For subscriptions via YooKassa with auto-renewal enabled, the next period may be charged automatically until cancelled by the User, with prior notice in the manner established by law (Federal Law No. 376-FZ). Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time on the Website or by email to the address in Section 8; access is retained until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

The refund procedure is governed by the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and Federal Law No. 376-FZ. For an unused paid period, funds are refunded less the expenses actually incurred. For a period in which the Service was used, payment is non-refundable. An application is sent to the address in Section 8; the review period is 10 business days.

6. Rights and obligations

• The User undertakes not to transfer access to third parties, not to carry out automated collection of the Service's data, and not to use it to create competing products.
• In the event of a violation, the Contractor has the right to restrict or terminate access without a refund.
• The Contractor has the right to limit the number of simultaneously used devices (up to 2).

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Contractor is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or the actions of third parties (hosting, payment services).
