⚔️ KvK S2 — «Expedition to England»
The battle in Svartalfheim is over, the Vikings return to Vanirneyar, and the clan leaders issue an order to explore a new land — England. It is a rich and prosperous country, but its king is one whom "wealth inflates with desire and power drives mad," while the nobles are mired in decay and corruption. The English built castles at strategic points to hold back the invasion; the main opponent is the Royal Guard, fanatically loyal to the king. The season's central Wonder is Windsor Castle, "the most magnificent building in England."
Entry
Chief's Hall level 22. Entry into England is free; leaving back costs a city relocation item.
Format
8 Kingdoms in one group: first preparation, then war. In the prep event "Worship of Tyr," 4 Kingdoms are ranked by points.
Map
25 regions: 3 starting suburbs, zones (steppe, forest, lakes, mountains) and named regions (cities and counties) all the way to London; the center is Windsor Castle (region 19), plus 4 Bloody Monasteries and 2 Abandoned Temples. Passes lv. 5–8 in the mountains and ports along riverbanks connect the districts; manors lv. 4–8 are occupied only in England.
Season reward
The last owner of Windsor gets the Expedition to England Victory Emblem and the top tier of the capture achievement; cosmetics for the victors: castle skin "Royal Sacred Castle · Griffin Guardian," frame "Coronation Crown," "Conqueror" set, nameplate "Royal Glory." After the season — Expedition Summon (7 days): heroes, skills and mounts, the number of attempts depending on Windsor, tribe achievements and personal rank.
Season periods
- Preparation. Kingdoms prepare for war; the main event is "Worship of Tyr" with accumulation of points and buffs.
- War. Battles in England: castles, passes, Windsor; all preparation buffs are active only during this period.
- Settlement. Tallying results and handing out rewards (you must complete all quests to claim the stage rewards).
Chronicles — 24 stages
Chronicles are the spine of a season: each stage unlocks new content on the map. Key milestones:
- Opening of Legion Fortresses and Kingdom Fortresses (stages 1–2)
- Passes lv. 5: first one-way, later fully for everyone (stages 5 and 18)
- Castles: Bastion lv. 5 → Fort lv. 6 → Sacred Castle lv. 7 (stages 8, 11, 13)
- PvE points: Bloody Monastery (stage 6) and Abandoned Temple (stage 17)
- Glorious Iron Cavalry lv. 12–15 — rally bosses over the course of the season (stages 4, 9, 12, 21)
- Lifting of the Windsor zone restrictions, then opening of Windsor Castle itself lv. 8 (stages 19–20)
- Finale: passes lv. 6–8 open for everyone, the "Final Glory" stage (stages 22–24)
Key objects
- Windsor Castle — the central Wonder lv. 8 at the center of the map, the strongest Kingdom buffs; can be assaulted only after defeating the Captain of the Royal Guard
- Catapult Towers — 4 towers at the corners of Windsor; captured by troop presence and strike the castle garrison every ~5 minutes, losses die outright
- Legion Fortress — the season's first objective (stage 1), grants powerful buffs
- Kingdom Fortress — after capture, repaired in 2 stages (building materials → hero shards for Honor Coins); unlocks the Kingdom territory color and relocations within it
- Bastion / Fort / Sacred Castle — castles lv. 5/6/7 with fixed weekly capture windows
- Bloody Monastery — a PvE point (4 on the map): waves of evil monsters, boss Vengeful Scythe Knight
- Abandoned Temple — a PvE point (2 on the map), monsters stronger than the monastery's, richer rewards; boss Temple Executioner
- Passes and ports — passes lv. 5–8 between mountains (the owner decides who to let through), ports open marches across rivers and navigation rights for other tribes
Season mechanics
- Windsor Without Mercy — in battles for Windsor Castle the severely wounded die instantly (they do not go to the infirmary), and the catapults finish off the garrison outright
- Royal Guard — a hierarchy of castle defenders: guards call reinforcements, the Captain summons a clone, Sanctuary Priests heal the garrison (up to 3 times); the surroundings give defenders morale — first clear them out, then assault
- Glorious Iron Cavalry — a rally boss lv. 12–15, attackable only by rally; victory gives a Gift to the whole tribe
- Rune Griffin — a castle guardian: fights with 1 battalion without spending energy, its HP regenerates, respawns at 00:00 and 12:00 UTC; drops rune scrolls with temporary buffs
- Potion Healing — healing the severely wounded without resources (2 potion points = 1% of the wounded), upgraded via Blessing Totem techs
- Weekly Schedule — castle capture windows are tied to days of the week (Bastion Mon→Tue and Fri→Sat, Fort Tue→Wed and Sat→Sun, castles lv. 7–8 Sat→Sun), not to an "every N hours" timer
